Just wanted to say. What a great experience I had using Mr. Nico. To both buy a property. And sell one. Both properties being in a state I don't live in. He worked very hard. To keep me informed of the progress. And went above and beyond. Keeping track of things. As well as discussing the many options available. He will remain in my contacts. And I look forward to the next time I get to work with him.

Nico did a really great job at putting himself in my shoes as a first time homebuyer and aligning himself with my priorities. We explored a number of alternatives online and in-person, and he gave me a thorough perspective on each property and its potential pros and cons. It was a great experience, would definitely recommend.
