Hello! I am an investor and mortgage broker with access to over 160 lenders, offering a wide range of loan options. I work with individuals looking to purchase a primary home, second home or investment property. I specialize in traditional conventional financing as well as non-QM options like DSCR, bank statement and fix-and-flip (or hold) loans. You couldn't ask for a more agile and reliable agent to work with. Brittany is incredibly responsive and answers any and all questions you may have - not to mention she goes the extra mile for you to help you out! A previous review mentioned it felt like dealing with family and that couldn't be more true - she really cares about you and your interests. If you're looking for someone to help you residentially or commercially look no further.

Fantastic support throughout our entire unique process. She provided constant updates and communication, handled all the obstacles in a timely manner, and made the stressful situation go as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend Brittany and will certainly use her services again in the future

If I could give twenty stars I would, Brittany was so easy to work with she stayed on top of things and she made the processf eel more like a family or friend process than just a business process, thank you for all the hard work you put in and making everything easy.

I'm incredibly happy with my experience working with Brittany, as she was fantastic throughout the entire homebuying process! It was very refreshing, especially as a first-time homebuyer, to work with someone who gave me as much accurate information as possible and strayed away from telling me just what I wanted to hear. Brittany was very friendly, responsive, and helpful! I'll absolutely be sure to recommend her to anyone looking for a home!
