Hello! I am an investor and mortgage broker with access to over 160 lenders, offering a wide range of loan options. I work with individuals looking to purchase a primary home, second home or investment property. I specialize in traditional conventional financing as well as non-QM options like DSCR, bank statement and fix-and-flip (or hold) loans. Many investors that I work with take advantage of the NO SEASONING cash out refinance option for their recently rehabbed properties (BRRRR investors - I'm looking at you!). **$75,000 minimum loan amount up to 80% LTV for 1-4 unit properties.

Brittany was amazing at helping me step from the residential world to the commercial world with my refinance! She was extremely communicative and always answered my questions above and beyond. She made the entire process seamless and would absolutely work with her again. Don’t go to anyone else!

There were so many things I didn't know or fully understand going into my first flip, finding Brittany was truly a God-send. It didn't matter if it was after hours or on the weekend, Brittnay made herself available to me for every rookie question I had and
Now that the house is on the market, I can't wait to get it sold and work with her on round 2.
