Payton's place was cute & perfect for our stay and it had a great view of the space needle from the bedroom and it had a full kitchen in living room. I love the rooftop with 360 views of the city. We booked last minute with nothing on us. We appreciate that the place was generously stocked with supplies. I would definitely re-book and next time take photoshoots.

I’ve stayed at Payton’s Vivid Suite unit for 4 nights. It was my very first time in Seattle. Excited, nervous, didn’t know what to expect. Especially arriving late at night. But being the location where it’s literally 7 mins walking distance from the Monorail which will lead to Westlake Station where it’s also a good location to start exploring deep downtown. This apartment unit was so perfectly convenient! Everything you seen in the pictures if you decide to stay at the Vivid Suite unit are accurate! And Payton is very helpful and trustworthy with all the info and questions you need. Esp If this is your very first booking in Seattle. If you’re going to a concert at Climate Pledge arena. You could literally walk there within 5 mins. It was truly perfect for that. If you’re traveling all by foot, this location is still perfect. 7 mins away from Seattle Center, about 20-23 mins from Pike Place Market, walk a little further down from Pikes, you’re at the The Waterfront Payton and Stay Modern Properties really made my first experience like Home! Definitely would book again and probably even book her other homes depending where I wanna explore and stay in Seattle or outside of the city!

Great location in West Seattle. Close to many restaurants and shops. I would highly recommend Bakery Nouveau just down the street! Peaceful, beautiful and very safe neighborhoods for walks. Comfortable, roomy, modern condo. It is over a tattoo shop, but we could hardly hear it and it closes in the evenings. You can hear the neighbors when they are home, and I presume they could hear us, but they were very nice and usually quiet or not there. There is a dedicated parking space and plenty of easy parking on the street as well.

Place was exactly what we needed! Very peaceful, well appointed! All beds were very comfortable and the linens were buttery soft and allergen free! So much outdoor seating, saw bald eagles, seals, cranes, lots of bunnies, and a mama and baby deer walked right past!!! Hot tub was freshly drained and refilled while we were there! So clean! Kayak ride down to CNP and back wasn’t difficult! Couldn’t have asked for more! Would definitely consider this one again!!!

This cozy house was everything we wanted for a nice getaway, great little cozy place. The sauna was perfect for us both, indoor fire pit was super fun to use, location is walking distance to the water front. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Great property in a great location!! We spent 5 days in the Vivid suite. The apartment was clean and well supplied. The roof top deck offered amazing views of the bay and the Space Needle. The neighborhood was great with several really good bars and restaurants nearby.The space needle and the parks are a short walk and access to the monorail into the city is equally close.We had a great time!!

Perfect Getaway for Girls Trip We recently stayed at a house in Cilton, WA on Whidbey Island. We had the best time staying at this adorable and comfortable home -it was absolutely perfect for our girls weekend getaway! The space was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time together. I didn't bring my dog on this trip, but I really appreciated that the house was thoughtfully set up to make dogs feel comfortable too. We loved the charming touches throughout the house and felt right at home. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay with Modern properties was perfect! Everything in the space was very thought through! We decided to cook one of the nights and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need plus more, it was awesome. The view of the space needle was beautiful and the location of the property to must go places was perfect! Our host was very kind and available for any questions throughout our entire stay! Definitely recommend visiting to others! I will most definitely be back!

Stayed at the stay modern properties by the old historic part of Seattle. its a walking distance from a lot of tourist spots so that was a plus! The property is clean and amazing, had everything you’ll need whether it be a short or long term stay. Its close to restaurants as well! Its on the 6th floor so the noise from the streets isn’t really something to worry about. Payton was proactive in making sure we are having a good stay. Its perfect for single travelers, or a couple!
