The Ridge House was amazing! Great for large groups like ours! The neighborhood was quiet and clean. The house is gated and has plenty of parking spaces and 3 garage spaces. The house had spacious areas for making meals in, everything was well stocked and we enjoyed our week there. The beds were very comfortable and there are so many bathrooms that everyone had their own spaces. The theater room is so much fun and they even have cozy blankets for the movie goers. My family said they would love to return to the Ridge House someday. Payton was a great host and kept in touch and prepared us for check in and for check out. Fun fact-we were there for my daughter’s wedding. Her new last name? “RIDGE” 😃. We were meant to stay there.

I’ve stayed at Payton’s Vivid Suite unit for 4 nights. It was my very first time in Seattle. Excited, nervous, didn’t know what to expect. Especially arriving late at night. But being the location where it’s literally 7 mins walking distance from the Monorail which will lead to Westlake Station where it’s also a good location to start exploring deep downtown. This apartment unit was so perfectly convenient! Everything you seen in the pictures if you decide to stay at the Vivid Suite unit are accurate! And Payton is very helpful and trustworthy with all the info and questions you need. Esp If this is your very first booking in Seattle. If you’re going to a concert at Climate Pledge arena. You could literally walk there within 5 mins. It was truly perfect for that. If you’re traveling all by foot, this location is still perfect. 7 mins away from Seattle Center, about 20-23 mins from Pike Place Market, walk a little further down from Pikes, you’re at the The Waterfront Payton and Stay Modern Properties really made my first experience like Home! Definitely would book again and probably even book her other homes depending where I wanna explore and stay in Seattle or outside of the city!

Great location in West Seattle. Close to many restaurants and shops. I would highly recommend Bakery Nouveau just down the street! Peaceful, beautiful and very safe neighborhoods for walks. Comfortable, roomy, modern condo. It is over a tattoo shop, but we could hardly hear it and it closes in the evenings. You can hear the neighbors when they are home, and I presume they could hear us, but they were very nice and usually quiet or not there. There is a dedicated parking space and plenty of easy parking on the street as well.

We loved staying in this house. Bright and new, and it provides all one needs for a great stay in Seattle. There was service for four and plenty of large, fluffy towels. I would stay here again. You won't be disappointed

We had a wonderful family gathering at a large house in Bothell, WA. We were a group of 14 adults - everyone had a comfortable bed. Plenty of bathrooms. Large kitchen / eating area / sitting room giving us lots of elbow room when we were all together. Everything was spotless.

This place was perfect for my short stay in Seattle! The building itself was easy to get to, and clean from the moment you walk into the building, all the way to the unit. The unit itself was well appointed, super comfortable, just the right temperature, and had all the basic things I needed. Would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I needed a place for an entire month with our two small pups and this place was perfect. It immediately felt like home and was the perfect amount of space and so well laid out for what we needed. The neighborhood was exceedingly quiet at nights and the description is accurate- there is always plenty of street parking. The home is well-appointed, there are very few things you will need that they have not already provided, though, if you have pets and want to let them roam in the back yard, it’s a good idea to bring your own gate with stakes as the one they have available tends to blow over and is only on one side of the house. Amazing location for literally doing anything in the city and even if you don’t go to the city, there’s still so much to do in the immediate area. The host is super kind and responsive and just all-around easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this beautiful home and hope to be able to stay there again in the future.

Stayed at the stay modern properties by the old historic part of Seattle. its a walking distance from a lot of tourist spots so that was a plus! The property is clean and amazing, had everything you’ll need whether it be a short or long term stay. Its close to restaurants as well! Its on the 6th floor so the noise from the streets isn’t really something to worry about. Payton was proactive in making sure we are having a good stay. Its perfect for single travelers, or a couple!
