Kerlous did an outstanding job assisting with the purchase of my first investment property. His knowledge and extensive contacts make him a valuable asset in building your real estate team. Kerlous went out of his way to drive 2.5 hrs to meet me and walk through the property and make sure all my questions and concerns were answered. Even after closing Kerlous follows up to make sure everything is going according to plan

Had a small land sale I was looking to do. Most realtors said they could not or would not take the sale due to not meeting minimum price requirements.
Kerlous took on the project and handled everything professionally regardless of that fact.
In simple terms, when others couldn’t/wouldn't. He came through, and got the sale done quickly without any issues. Look forward to using him again in the future.

Kerlous has been great to work with. He is highly communicative and stays on top of your projects. I would certainly recommend him and also work with him again. I would strongly recommend him to both personal home buyers as well as investor clients. We have worked with a few "investor focused" realtors recommended on BiggerPockets, investor podcasts etc. etc. and we had a MUCH superior experience with Kerlous. He is a solid agent.

Kerlous was extremely communicative throughout the entire purchasing process of my duplex in the Milo-Grogan neighborhood. What truly set Kerlous apart from other realtors I interviewed was his dedication and commitment towards negotiating the best possible deal for me. He was extremely professional and worked to help me out. With Kerlous' representation, I knew I had someone in my corner all the way to the final closing table. I highly recommend Kerlous and believe that he is a crucial asset to any real estate transaction!

The first time I met Kerlous at a showing was back in October 2023. I was quite particular about finding a home that I truly liked. Kerlous was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the process. He never rushed me, even after taking me to numerous showings where I didn't end up making any offers. My first offer was made in February 2024, followed by a second offer in March, which was accepted. Kerlous remained patient for almost five months without pressuring me to make a purchase. I felt very comfortable working with him, and he was always willing to offer maximum assistance. I'm extremely pleased to have found my dream home, and Kerlous consistently showed the same level of care and attention to detail, whether my budget was $350k or when I increased it to way more. I wish him continued success.
