Excellent Agent. Kerlous made purchasing my first home easier than I would’ve ever expected. He was extremely responsive whenever I reached out and walked me through everything that I needed to know. We were able to find the perfect property after just a couple weeks of searching and secured a fantastic deal on the home. Kerlous is an absolutely talented agent and I couldn’t recommend him enough.

A True Partner! Kerlous was a true partner throughout the process. He communicated all the relevant information upfront and chase down info we needed to make an informed decision. My realtor Kerlous, was amazing, he did a fantastic job getting me my first investment property in the Cleveland Ohio area. He was really patient with me when I was freaking out on some things in the beginning, he is always reachable and communicate with me everytime to keep me in the loop with everything. He guided me from the beginning until the very end and even after the closing day, he was still there helping me. I will definitely recommend kerlous to anyone who is looking to purchase a house, home or an investment property. Now, I am the owner of a duplex property, starting my real estate investor journey because of the guidance from Kerlous..

The Tadres team was incredible to work with. From the start of the process Kerlous was answering any questions we had, providing information for a mortgage company and a reputable home inspector. Joe and Kerlous provided guidance throughout the entire process and really made it a smooth process as a first home owner.
