Not all agents are equal! Andrew is an agent that separates himself from the others by demonstrating his expertise, confidence and integrity in all of his actions when working with a client on a transaction. Andrew simply gets the job done and we would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, aggressive agent in NH!

Andrew was excellent to work with during the sale of our old house and the purchase of our new house. He exhibited professionalism throughout and entire process and made this a stress-free experience for my wife and I. Andrew helped us buy our first home. We're not his most impressive clients but he took good care of us anyway. Unusually, he was such a good negotiator that we made 50k on just the purchase, contrasting price versus the first appraisal.

Andrew was able to help me navigate the current market looking at both single and multi family options and kept me motivated through missed opportunities due to my work schedule. When it finally came time to make an offer he was able to identify the sellers priorities and put together an offer that gave the seller what they wanted while also being significantly less than the competing offer. I am someone who appreciates great communication and Andrew was always quick to respond.

Andrew is the reason I was able to secure my first investment property! I gave a few requirements at the very beginning that ultimately narrowed my options, but that did not stop him. He knew what I wanted and got me to my house hack goal. He is truly the best of the best! He is highly knowledgeable, works proactively and efficiently, and communicates from start to finish.
