Specializing in A and B class residential and mixed use properties, our Management fees are up front and clear; We charge 10% of the gross income and have no lease up fees, no eviction fees, and no paperwork fees. The whole team at midnorth is amazing especially Ben..Our air conditioning went out in the middle of the night they came with units in the middle of the night and by 9 am it was fixed.. I've stayed in many places and cities and have never experienced this level of service and care.. they really take excellent care of their tenants!! I will be recommending them to everyone. If you need to rent or looking for a house Midnorth is the way to go!! Thanks again guys ❤️

The process of touring, signing the lease, and moving in was so smooth! Our house that we rented from another property manager in Newton had flooded and we lost most of our stuff, then the AC went out, and barely a peep from them. Mid North Property Managers treated us like friends and trusted residents upon the first call! I have never had such a great experience will a property manager. They welcomed us, checking in, quick maintenance, and much more. 10/10 recommend touring and booking one of their units just by the care alone! Not to mention their units are obviously taken care of and kept nice!

It's questionable if I would do business again with them. I looked at 1 Apt and agreed to it then they moved to another unit that was not as good. At 1st I thought it was 1 year lease but it just a 6month lease. I kept everything on record but they didn't do very much without me grabbing their attention. Also I'm not getting the security deposit back it the very last moment. Maybe a another apartment complex later on but for now I just want move on.
