At multiple points, it felt like there was no internal alignment or control within the company, which created uncertainty from start to finish. This situation nearly caused me to lose deals and potentially significant money, in addition to creating unnecessary stress and frustration. It is honestly difficult to believe that this level of service still exists. I have worked with multiple lenders across the United States, and I can confidently say this was by far the worst experience I’ve had.
