I worked with Jackson on a potential home purchase, and even though I ultimately decided not to move forward due to inspection findings, I couldn’t recommend him more highly. He was incredibly responsive, proactive, and thoughtful throughout the entire process.
He went out of his way to take detailed videos and provide insights that helped me evaluate the property remotely. He also gave clear, strategic guidance on pricing and negotiations, and introduced me to several high-quality contractors who helped me better understand the scope of potential repairs.
What stood out most is that his level of effort and professionalism never changed—even when it became clear that I might not end up buying the property. That says a lot. I’d absolutely work with him again and recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and trustworthy agent.

Jackson is the man! Helped find a great cash flowing duplex, great communication with not only me but sellers agent and tenants to meet all deadlines, and a solid team of people to make the whole buying experience fast and smooth. Won't use anyone else for future rental properties. Can't wait to run it back

Jackson helped us sell our first home quickly and for a price we were very happy with. He not only knew the Sloanbrooke neighborhood we lived in very well but he was the top recommended agent across Northwest Arkansas especially Fayetteville from neighbors and friends. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, he did his research, has a vast network to get things done and really made our house stand out when it came to marketing and showing it to potential buyers.

Jackson was the best realtor we could have asked for! We were first time home buyers, so we had a lot of questions and just overall unsure of the process and steps — Jackson helped us through the entire thing! He is so knowledgeable of the industry and so kind. He also gave us little gifts here and there throughout the process, he is so thoughtful! For buying a home the first time, it was a very easy and painless process so I give all the thanks to Jackson for that! I can’t recommend him enough to everyone! We love Hogue Homes NWA!
