As a property owner, they were too expensive to manage my Airbnb or the guest requests. The owner as I understood lived out of town and hired locals who had a rather high turnover rate. The cleaning service had little oversight and at the end, I lost confidence in the quality of service provided to the guests. Also, it was not profitable compared to when I did Airbnb on my own. Based on my experience as a host, I do not recommend.

We had a wonderful experience. The host was very accommodating to all of our questions. They helped up complete the booking when we had some confusion. The house was very clean and the rooms were set up with everything we needed. We would rent this again.

Lovely place to stay! It was nice to have 2 "living room" areas--one for visiting, puzzles, another for movies. There is a well-equipped kitchen. My only challenge was all the stairs...but that is the style of this part of the city.

I stayed in this beautiful house with 10 people in our 30s for a friends get together. It’s in a great location, close to the airport, easy and quick Uber access, and it was close to many restaurants and the art fair we attended. The neighborhood felt safe and there was plenty of parking. The house had more than adequate space for everyone to feel comfortable: lots of full bathrooms, a large dining room with a space for everyone, and comfortable chairs in the living areas. It was clean and very well maintained. The hosts at first I felt were a bit strict and gatekeepish (if that’s a word) and asked me for a background check before booking. After seeing the home I completely understood. In the end of the day, the house rules were typical of any rental and easy to follow and it was very worth my time in the beginning to assure them my group would be respectful renters.

We had a small family reunion at this location, which meant other family members rented out the other units. This worked extremely well for us.
Our unit was spacious and gave us room to host everyone for dinners and breakfast. The kitchens are nicely appointed and even have coffee, tea and sugar available. This is a bonus since so many rentals won't do that.
We had a small problem with the TV remote which was addressed immediately. We had a few questions and the host replied quickly each time.
All bedrooms were comfortble. We all commented how quiet the building was.
All in all very pleased with this rental.

We stayed at 931 Park Ave for a family trip with eight adults and five kids, and it was perfect. The layout gave us plenty of space to spread out without feeling like we were walking all over each other.
We made breakfast and dinner every day, and the kitchen had plenty of room to work in. The large dining table was a huge bonus—it fit all 13 of us comfortably and became the heart of our time together.
Like most Airbnbs, kitchen supplies can be hit or miss, so I brought a few things from home just in case. The only extras I really missed were a mixing bowl or two and maybe a couple more hand towels (but we were cooking a lot, so most guests probably wouldn’t even notice).
The beds were super comfy, and there were plenty of nice linens and towels. Having a washer and dryer available was also really helpful.
The neighborhood was quiet—we didn’t hear a peep during our stay. There was plenty of parking in the back and on the street, and we felt completely safe the entire time.
This place made our family trip easy and fun. We’d absolutely stay here again!

We had a family get together of 8 adults and 3 kids at the Lady Emma near Lafayette square. The home is absolutely beautiful. We were very comfortable. The house was stocked well with everything we needed. We all enjoyed the game room on the 3rd floor. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. We appreciated the 2 parking spaces at the back of the home. Great location for the many activities in St. Louis. The only thing we had problem with is that the king size bed in one of the bedrooms is really tall. I’m only 5’2 but after looking around we found a step stool to use. lol. So the stool is in the laundry room for anyone that needs it. The host was very quick to respond to the couple of questions that we had. We would definitely stay here again.
