I’ve been working with Money on the Mend for nearly a year now for our real estate business, and after previously trying to manage the books myself — along with working with two other bookkeepers before them — they have by far been the most organized, responsive, and systems-oriented team we’ve worked with!
We currently self-manage 4 short-term rentals, have a PM-managed long-term rental, multiple bank accounts, credit cards, and several other investments/transactions to keep track of. Their team has done an incredible job helping us stay organized and financially clear despite all the moving pieces.
What I appreciate most is how proactive and efficient they are. A lot of their success clearly comes from having strong systems and utilizing technology well — they often categorize and reconcile transactions quickly, sometimes even before I’ve had the chance to send over receipts myself.
I personally review our books monthly, and as with any business there are occasionally recategorizations or adjustments needed, but that’s completely expected in any growing company. We also manage our finances personally so cross referencing our finances has been really seamless as they keep up to date and are super responsive to any adjustments needed. Overall, they’ve made the bookkeeping side of the business feel significantly less stressful and more manageable.
Would highly recommend Money on the Mend for anyone who doesn’t enjoy bookkeeping, feels overwhelmed by the financial organization side of business ownership, or simply wants confidence that things are being handled properly so they can focus on continuing to grow their business.

Craig and his team have saved me 3+ hours a day AND provided me with clarity on how my business is doing. They are very hands on responsive, and most importantly, accurate. Would highly recommend if you’re a small business or real estate investor.

Craig and his team are rockstars! They continue to grow into our business and are essential for any small business team looking to "outsource" their accounting department, without a lot of the downsides of outsourcing it. Highly recommend!

A behind-the-scenes perspective most people never get to see
I want to offer a view into Craig’s work that most clients will never witness—but that says everything about why he’s exceptional.
I’ve had the privilege of working with Craig inside the operational side of his business. I’ve seen how he builds systems, how he removes friction, how he makes decisions, and how deeply he cares about the people who trust him with their finances. Long before a client ever receives a clean report or a clear answer, Craig has already put in extraordinary effort to make sure it’s right.
And that’s why I’m writing this review.
• His integrity is steady and unwavering.
Craig doesn’t just do the right thing when someone is watching—he does it because it’s who he is. He treats every dollar with stewardship, every decision with honesty, and every client with respect. His standard is “done right and done every month,” and he never compromises that.
• His commitment to efficiency is unmatched.
Craig refuses to do anything twice. He builds automation, templates, and workflows that save clients hours and give them clarity they’ve never had before. I’ve watched him streamline processes that used to take days and reduce them to minutes—all so clients can experience calm, clean financials instead of chaos.
• He genuinely puts clients first.
Behind the scenes, I’ve heard how he talks about the people he serves. He protects them, advocates for them, and treats their businesses like they matter—because to him, they absolutely do. His empathy isn’t a marketing phrase; it shows up in every decision he makes.
• His attention to detail is exceptional.
Clients see polished monthly reports. I’ve seen the meticulous thinking, the checks, the reconciliations, the loan tracking, the class and project mapping—every nuance he works through to ensure accuracy. He notices the things most people miss, and he cares enough to fix them before they become problems.
• He shows up like a partner, not a vendor.
Craig doesn’t operate with a transactional mindset. He approaches bookkeeping as stewardship, clarity, and strategy—not data entry. He works shoulder-to-shoulder with clients, anticipating needs, closing loops, and creating systems that support real life, not just spreadsheets.
• He is deeply committed to clarity and organization.
Everything in his business—from the client portal to the SOPs to the monthly cadence—is built with one purpose: to help people breathe easier. His entire mission is to bring clarity, order, and confidence to entrepreneurs so they can focus on growth, family, and freedom. And he lives that mission daily.
• He leads with calm, service-oriented professionalism.
Whether he’s talking through a client issue, improving a workflow, or navigating a stressful situation, Craig brings peace, not pressure. He’s the person who shows up after the storm with a plan and a calm voice. And that makes people feel safe, supported, and understood.
I’m not speaking as one of Craig’s bookkeeping clients—I’m speaking as someone who has seen him operate from the inside, day after day.
And based on everything I’ve witnessed, here’s what I can say with complete confidence:
Craig is the kind of professional every business owner wishes they had on their team—honest, dependable, systems-driven, and genuinely invested in their success.
If you’re looking for clarity, organization, and a partner who actually cares, you won’t find anyone better.

Before MOTM I was spending too many hours in spreadsheets. I flip houses, wholesale, and hold many rentals, Craig and his team can handle it all. Super communicative and responsive, and always willing to get on the phone or a zoom to help with my business. I now have a great birdseye view of my Real Estate business across multiple LLCs. Best of all, just good down to earth people to work with that make you feel like your problems are their problems.

Working with Money On The Mend has been one of the best decisions I have made for my business. Before, I was always stressed about bookkeeping and did not have a clear picture of how my business was doing. Money On The Mend has changed that. I now have up-to-date financials and more time to focus on growing my business rather than being bogged down in bookkeeping. I highly recommend Money On The Mend.
