We absolutely love Laura and her team! We started our rental relationship back in 2023 getting into the home was easy and stress free, we rented that home for almost 2 years. We never had issues with needing anything fixed in the home every time an issue happened it was fixed promptly. We have now changed homes and even though moving can be stressful the process of getting into the home with Laura and her team was easy and stress free once again for me and my husband. Laura has always worked us and Communication is always great. I cant say enough good things about Laura and her team! We plan to stay with Laura now and the future and when we are ready to buy I wont hesitate to do business with her! If you’re looking for renting, selling, buying, don't hesitate to reach out to Laura and her team! They are phenomenal!!

"Laura Lynn has consistently demonstrated exceptional property management skills over the years. Their expertise in tenant screening, lease renewals, rent collections, and maintenance has been invaluable. Notably, they successfully onboarded a challenging property and quickly secured a tenant, which was a significant accomplishment. Allison, facilitated a lease renewal for me, even securing a rent increase. Overall, Laura Lynn is a reliable and effective company to work with."

Real estate is rife with lousy property managers who barely know (or care) about you, your tenants, or your properties and who are difficult if not impossible to communicate with in a timely and effective manner.
In this muck, Laura and her team really shine. They are highly competent, organized, knowledgeable, communicative, and they care not only about the bottom line for investors but the care for and customer service of tenants.
Though we often work closely to address issues that come up (because I like to be hands on and in the loop), it is such a relief to know I can completely trust them to handle absolutely anything with professionalism and great attention to detail whether I’m involved or not!
Whether as an agent or as a property manager, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Laura to anyone. She is a committed professional who truly goes above and beyond for her clients.

With 1 message a day.terrible response time.
Not upfront very unprofessional.
Not helpful at all 1 week wasted down the drain
150.00 spent on applications.

Let me save you the waste of time and money looking anywhere other than Laura and her team. If you are looking for the best property manager in MO then go with Laura. No BS, no ticky-tack fees, extreme accountability, and she honestly cares about the tenants and her landlords. Quick responses and turn around. We have been with Laura for years and have been impressed every step of the way.
