I have been renting from Laura since she started as a new real estate agent(4 years now). She was wonderful at first. She told us “ you don’t have to pay anything! Everything needed for your property, we got. There was no stove when we moved in” I can buy you an air fryer. No washer/ dryer I will put that in. Now that is bitting us in the ass. Laura Lynn properties put in a washer and dryer that ended up damaging the floor and causing mold. The dryer was not vented right and had been blowing through the property floor for several years until we started noticing damage. Once we seen the damage which we thought was plumbing bc we have had several issues with leaking etc come to fine out it was caused by the dryer they installed. We are now having to move bc according to them we should have reported this faster lol smdh this is a basement storage room that we don’t use. We reported it when we seen it I shouldn’t have to pay $600 for your mistake. Let’s also add they haven’t gave a shit to do anything for the floors since it’s been reported. The damage was reported when we seen it. I also didn’t say it was all bad but it definitely started out way better. The washer did break and we also reported that and you had the same person come out and try to fix it 3 different times and every time he said it was something different smh it’s still broke. I like how you added on there you bought it though lol yes you did and we very much appreciated it but you all also had it installed and it was not install right. Which caused the damage to the floor and ceiling. When the floor started coming up I started to look around and that’s when the mold in the basement storage room was found and reported. We didn’t know it was happening or that we had to be on the look out for mold in a storage room that we don’t go into. The only reasoning you have to charge us is because we didn’t see it sooner!!!

Bethanie was quick and very informational throughout the process. It took her less than 72 hours to get me into something. Would highly recommend them if you’re looking for something affordable and quick!

Absolutely can't say enough about Bethanie and how amazing she has been. She has been so communicative and on top of everything. She always responds and has been very transparent!!! It was so good to see a real person and not just automated systems. She is informative and knows her stuff! I would refer a million times over!!!!

Don’t rent from her she makes up charges like $954.00 for normal wear and tear on paint closet doors that were never broken I have videos and pictures the foundation in the homes are horrible they just do bandaid jobs. Took my deposit and has the nerve to say I owe her $62.84. She’s out her mind. I will be going to small claims court. I have videos I have proof of all the damage in that home. What I should have did was let her use the deposit for the lasts month rent and told her to figure it out. But this isn’t over at all. No wonder 22 people moved out the month of May. That’s why you don’t want to give people their deposit back. She’s a jive turkey!!!!
