Before working with Real Property Management Citadel, I felt like I was constantly reacting to issues instead of actually managing an investment. Since bringing them on, everything has been calmer and more organized. They’re easy to reach, practical in their advice, and they don’t create problems where there aren’t any.
My property is rented, maintenance is handled, and I don’t feel like I’m guessing anymore. That peace of mind alone has been worth it. I’d recommend them to any owner who wants things done right without the stress.

I was managing my rental on my own at first, and it quickly became more stressful than I expected. Once I started working with Real Property Management Citadel, things changed almost immediately. They stepped in, addressed a few issues right away, and put better systems in place than what I had before.
They found a solid, well-qualified tenant, handled repairs efficiently, and kept me informed throughout the process. What I appreciate most is how proactive they are. I don’t have to follow up or worry about compliance because they stay on top of everything.
