There really are not enough words to say how truly amazing Via Real Estate is. From an incredibly user friendly application process, to access to them 24/7 if anything comes up.
As a first time renter, the comfort of knowing Pete and his team are there for me, is the best peace of mind. The house is always up to date on all maintenance, both interior and exterior. Pete takes care of the house as if it was his own family living there. I’m going on my third year here, and I’m certain I will be living here for many more!

Peter is knowledgeable and amazing, he made our process in finding a home very easy. His positive attitude and patience working around our schedule is what made our experience that much better.

Peter at Via was absolutely wonderful to work with! He supported my journey from nervous, unknowledgeable first time buyer looking at properties online, to closing on my first beautiful home. Peter went above and beyond to connect me with a fantastic mortgage broker, make sure I was seeing all the details of each property and explain every step of the process. He made me feel comfortable with each new step and answered every possible question I had. I could not have done this without his professionalism, genuine enthusiasm and guidance from his wealth of knowledge.

Being a first time home owner and real estate investor I am beyond grateful to have found Peter at Via Real Estate. Every step of this journey Peter has gone above and beyond to be supportive and reliable, while truly listening and caring about me. He has so much knowledge about the Fairfield County area, investment properties, and renovations, he is truly an invaluable resource. Even after the closing when he no longer had an obligation to me, he has continued to mentor me and help me in all things real estate and renovation. As first time home buyers, my fiance and I had limited knowledge about the home buying process. Peter at Via Real Estate was extremely professional and really mentored us step by step from the very beginning. He made himself available to answer any and all questions and concerns we had and also provided us with his expert advice as well. Closing on our new home we felt confident and educated and would highly recommend Peter to anyone new or experienced in the home buying process.
