Switching insurance can be a headache, but Rod Hanks made the move from Allstate to Travelers incredibly smooth. He managed to bundle my Toyota RAV4 and my home insurance to get me the best possible rate with multiple discounts, including Multi-Policy, Safe Driver, and Early Quote savings. He was meticulous about the details, making sure my new coverage started exactly on February 1st so I didn't have a single day of risk. I have been a Nationwide insurer in Colorado for msny years and now needed to insure my cars in Fort Worth Texas. Lisa with Tod Hanks has been the best help ever. Thank yous are not sufficient but all that are available!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Rod Hanks Insurance. They made the insurance process very easy, a couple of questions here, a couple of questions there, insured the same day. Friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to answer my questions. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an insurance agency that puts customers first; 10 out of 10, highly recommend!!!!

She has labored with my family to find us the best deals on automobiles and homeowners policies throughout the years. She's very Professional and Patient with my family. She's one of a kind.

I attempted to get a quote for my rental property Missouri. i called the number listed on this site and the person who answered was confused why I would be calling. He also seemed incredibly distracted as I had to give my name and reason for calling three times. Maybe its a one off, but a terrible first impression. I won't be using them because of it.
