I want to leave a review for Shelbie Brown because even though I didn't end up purchasing her insurance product, she was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process.
My name is Maricruz, and Shelbie took the time to educate me on so many things I honestly did not know about insurance coverage, deductibles, liability, and how policies actually work. She was patient, knowledgeable, professional, and never made me feel pressured.
What stood out most was that she genuinely cared about helping me understand what I was paying for and what protections really mattered. It's rare to find someone who takes the time to explain everything so thoroughly and honestly.

My Business Approves!! If you are going to do business here, you must ask for Malak! She is truly one of the best insurance agents I have ever came across. First off she did her best to get me the best quotes on my housing rentals and my families cars. Also, working with her was very easy, respectable, fast and she’s very reliable. When she says she is going to get something done for you, it is going to get done 120% of the time. She definitely cares and works hard for her clients because she did with me! 100/5 Stars Would recommend!!

I have been a Nationwide insurer in Colorado for msny years and now needed to insure my cars in Fort Worth Texas. Lisa with Tod Hanks has been the best help ever. Thank yous are not sufficient but all that are available!

I attempted to get a quote for my rental property Missouri. i called the number listed on this site and the person who answered was confused why I would be calling. He also seemed incredibly distracted as I had to give my name and reason for calling three times. Maybe its a one off, but a terrible first impression. I won't be using them because of it.
