We are Fargo's Airbnb/STR specialists. Renting your home? Or curious about acquiring an Airbnb in your portfolio? Let's have some coffee. I am a former engineer turned RE agent, and now have sold 1000 homes in the last 10 years, with a focus on investors because I am one. We help investors find flips. Last year we sourced a 20-plex & a 12-plex for investors. However, if you're just getting started, we can help you get your first investment, step-by-step. We've been there. I own and operate our brokerage, Midwest Invest. My partner and I also have Guardian Property Management in-house. We are working to be your one-stop-shop for investing in our Fargo/Moorhead Market.

Kyle and his team at Midwest Invest are truly outstanding to work with. I’ve had the pleasure of working with them in several capacities—selling a property to Kyle, buying a property from him, and even working as a contractor on some of his projects. Every experience has been consistently positive.
What stands out most is how they treat everyone with the same level of respect, professionalism, and kindness, no matter the role you play. They make every part of the process smooth and enjoyable.
If you have the opportunity to work with Midwest Invest in any capacity, I highly recommend it. They're a great group of people who genuinely care about doing good business.

Kyle and Mason have been absolutely amazing to work with during our first home purchase! Kyle got us in touch with mortgage companies and resources we needed to help us through the first time home buying process. After that he got us in touch with Mason who took over from there! Mason has been amazing to work with and brought us to so many showings until we found the right fit for us! He has been very helpful and knowledgeable to get us this far and we can’t wait to close on our first home in a couple weeks! Would highly recommend Midwest Invest and their team to anyone!

We were so lucky to meet Kyle at a showing and he was so knowledgeable -had a lot of wisdom to share. He was so helpful in giving us good advice when we were looking and in the buying process. It was one of our easiest purchases. Will totally be recommending Him to others!

Kyle and everyone on the Midwest Invest Team are experts in their craft. They have helped me navigate through the process of both buying and selling houses. During the negotiation process I was always communicated with in a timely manner and I always knew that they had my best interests in mind. I will definitely come back to them for all my real estate transactions.

Kyle helped us through every step of our process in becoming investment property owners and managers. We found the right homes, he negotiated great terms and continued to help us as we were learning the ropes. We were able to get even more guidance with his online classes and guidebooks. I’ve purchased multiple homes through Midwest Invest. Kyle and Austin have been great to work with. Austin is always patient, responsive, and takes the time to understand my needs and what I’m looking for. They’ll always be my first call when I’m looking to purchase a home.

I can't say enough about the Midwest Invest Realty Group. I've bought and sold several investment properties with them over the years and every experience has been exceptional.
Kyle and his group are attentive, intelligent, fun, and know the ins and outs of real estate buying, selling, and investing in F/M.
I'm an agent myself and my standards of service in this arena are very high. They meet and exceed my expectations regularly. They are great partners. They will continue to be my go-to experts in the F/M real estate market.
