We are Fargo's Airbnb/STR specialists. Renting your home? Or curious about acquiring an Airbnb in your portfolio? Let's have some coffee. I am a former engineer turned RE agent, and now have sold 1000 homes in the last 10 years, with a focus on investors because I am one. We help investors find flips. Last year we sourced a 20-plex & a 12-plex for investors. However, if you're just getting started, we can help you get your first investment, step-by-step. We've been there. I own and operate our brokerage, Midwest Invest. My partner and I also have Guardian Property Management in-house. We are working to be your one-stop-shop for investing in our Fargo/Moorhead Market.

Mason is fantastic! We were referred to Mason right as buying our first home was just starting to cross our minds, and I am so glad we got connected with him early! We weren’t quite ready to make the jump, but we definitely were interested in gaining some knowledge about purchasing a home and Mason was more than happy to walk us through everything! After meeting with Mason, I not only learned every step, in detail about the home buying process, but I also learned that Mason is very passionate and dedicated his faith, his family, and helping as many people as he can grow their knowledge!
Once we were finally ready to buy a home, Mason was by our side explaining everything and answering every question we had. From start to finish, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience buying our first home!

The best realtor we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with! From the very beginning, he went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I had all of our needs met. He is knowledgeable, kind, caring, helpful, and, most importantly, honest.
Without him, and all of the late-night random house finds, we wouldn’t be in our perfect home today! We are so incredibly blessed and thankful that God placed him in our path and that he was our realtor. We truly couldn’t have asked for anyone better!

Midwest Invest is the way to go for a quick cash sale! They came and viewed the house and within a couple of days we had a fair offer on the table! Kyle Vonasek was great to work with! He helped us find our next house also. We will definitely be calling Kyle again!

Kyle Vonasek was amazing to work with. He perfectly understood what we were looking for in our first house, we fell in love with the very first home he showed us. Walked us through the whole process and made us feel confident in our purchase. Got back to us immediately on any questions we had, even on weekends! His recommendations for third party services (inspection/appraisal/lender) were amazing as well. Would definitely recommend his services!

Working with Kyle Reedstrom was amazing! He was able to guide us through the whole process, taking time to answer our questions and ensure we got the home we were looking for. He was quick to respond to urgent needs and great at communicating all the fine details through every step! We would definitely recommend him for any first-time home buyer!
