We truly could not have asked for a better real estate agent than Marius. From start to finish, the entire process was incredibly smooth. He is extremely knowledgeable about the area and took the time to really understand exactly what we were looking for.
It took us nearly a year to find the perfect property, and throughout that entire time, Marius was incredibly patient, never made us feel rushed, and was always there to guide us and answer our questions. Beyond being an amazing agent, he is just a genuinely kind person and an absolute pleasure to work with.
I told Marius I would never use another real estate agent again, and I meant it. We are so grateful for everything he did for us and cannot recommend him highly enough.

Marius is the BEST realtor! I found him through multiple sites that all have 5 star reviews, and I can now see why he's rated so high. Marius is extremely knowledgeable in all areas real estate, an amazing negotiator (we acquired our property for 10% under asking), and was on the ball with all the communication and details along the way. Marius offered great advice, was patient with us when we wanted to see multiple listings and was very easy to get on the phone whenever we needed him. I know Marius also works with larger property acquisitions, and even though we only bought a $325,000 condo, he treated us like we were buying a $1,000,000 house. I would definitely recommend him to anyone, even my own family. I would 100% use him again if we ever needed to buy/sell another property in his area!

I recently worked with Marius to buy an investment property in Palm Desert and was very impressed by his level of professionalism, honesty and responsiveness. Marius worked incredibly hard to represent our needs every step of the way. We had a very quick escrow, and as we hit a couple of speed bumps related to the inspection, Marius was at our property every day to ensure things got resolved. It truly felt above and beyond! Overall Marius is a great communicator, detail oriented, trustworthy and friendly. I would not hesitate to work with him again on a future purchase and would highly recommend him to friends and family.

Marius is an incredible guy, Knowledgeable patient Honest and reliable. He become a friend. After five long Months of looking for a number of properties, Even when there were challenges in the way , Marius kept fighting for us until we found the right deal. This was the first time we worked with him, and it will not be the last !

I was searching for an investment property, and Marius stood out from the very first meeting by bringing detailed analyses of the homes we were considering. He is hardworking, efficient, and highly organized. Once I chose the property, we were able to close in just three weeks, and the entire process went incredibly smoothly without any issues. What I appreciated most was how cleanly and professionally he handled everything from start to finish. Of all the realtors I’ve worked with, Marius is by far the most trustworthy.

I had the pleasure of working with Marius (who I found here on Bigger Pockets) as I purchased my first rental property. He was extremely helpful in giving me the information I needed to make good decisions. He is very knowledgeable about STR/MTRs and the unique factors/regulations involved in each city within the Coachella Valley. Additionally, he went above and beyond to support me as I launched my first property and gave advice on how to effectively remodel at a reasonable value. If you are looking for property in the Palm Springs/Palm Desert area, he will take great care of you.
