I researched several real estate brokers in the Effingham area searching for someone who had exhibited professionalism and responsiveness to their clients. I met with Keith Hartman and showed him the property I wanted to sell. In a couple days he contacted me again and presented me with comparison home sales and provided what he felt would be a fair price to ask for the property. He hired a photographer to take photos and put together a professional ad. On the second day the ad appeared we had three offers. When the first highest offer could not finish the purchase he immediately contacted the other two interested parties. One of them was still in the market and we closed the sale 30 days later. I found Keith to be honest and hard working. He also understood the issues for both the buyer and seller and provided a source for some minor repairs that the buyers asked for relieving me of the burden. I would use him again.
