Painless transaction, everything was done via email or msg. Only the verification step requires me bringing ID, which is good! Will recommend to busy working professionals trying to find a rental but do not like the hustle.

Real Property Management helped us find such a cute new home! They were quick to answer any questions we had about the property and in responding to any maintenance requests prior to our move in so we were set up for success!

Application process was frustrating and time consuming due to application representative. Scheduled appointment at 10:30 and didn’t show up until 11:05. Every call had screaming children in background, which made it difficult to communicate effectively. Unfamiliar with 1099 and sub-contractor paperwork and procedures.
Office staff are great!!! Signing of lease was smooth and professional. Great communication and quick response to questions and concerns.

RPM is amazing. The staff is wonderful. Had the pleasure of meeting Jennifer while driving past one of their homes. She gave me instructions on how to apply and answered all the questions I had with a upbeat attitude. Definitely looking forward to renting a home with them!

The rental process was smooth and easy from the application to the signing of the lease. I am very excited to move it my new home. Jasmine and Marilou were both wonderful to work with and they answered all my questions quickly and with the utmost professionalism.

They take the time to help you with intimate detail. They’re not pushy and very patient people and they don’t stop to whatever it is that you’re trying to get done to get it right I enjoyed talking with them and sharing experience and even doing an application with them. they are the type of people I was doing an application for a residence that they have for rent, but I pray that I get it but even if I don’t, I left their feeling on top of the world because they make you spill feel very special and they try to answer every question that you have concerning and pertaining to your needs of your housing situation and they’re fair and honest if I could pick my own place to stay, it would be with this realtor company Miss Jasmine I was couldn’t even get the key to open up to do a self viewing. They came right out and helped me no problem at all no worries and even after she had given me the code over several eight times repeatedly and I still failed to open the door. She was still very patient very professional and I thank God for people like that because senior people need people that have patience and understanding with them. All people need people with patience and understanding with them thank you guys so much. Look forward to future endeavors with you.

It has been amazing working with this company! Not only do they promise things, but they deliver. Before using them we interviewed several companies. They proved during the interview.They were better than the rest and they have been proving that since. Additionally, their staff Jasmine has been a rock star fielding my calls and emails and has an amazing response time.
