I’ve never personally used Eric as my real estate agent, but I’ve gotten to know him through real estate investing and I can honestly say he’s been an incredible resource. He’s always willing to share thoughtful advice on things like property values, remodel design, and how to price homes correctly for the market.
What stands out about Eric is how knowledgeable and straightforward he is. He clearly understands the local market and has a great eye for what improvements actually add value versus what just wastes money. Even when he doesn’t have anything to gain, he’s generous with his time and insights.
If he treats his clients the same way he helps other investors and people in the industry, I have no doubt he provides excellent representation. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and honest real estate agent.

I worked with Eric on hosting an open house for one of his properties. His communication was on point. The house was beautifully staged and presented. I had so many compliments from all the buyers touring the property that they did a really great job on it. I truly enjoyed working for him and can tell he’s an agent to be trusted.
