Eric Giovannucci truly went above and beyond helping my husband and I buy our first home recently, and made the entire experience as easy and smooth as humanly possible! We had just gotten married and moved from the east coast to Idaho in June, and did not know the area at all or where to even begin to start looking for our first house. He was so incredibly patient and showed us over a dozen properties, asked all of the right questions about the homes we saw, and looked at every tiny detail of each house to make sure nothing was overlooked so that we knew what we were buying and getting into. We could never thank you enough for all that you did for us!! Y'all are the best and we love our new home!

Hands down best real estate agents in Idaho! Eric and Maddie helped us find the perfect house, worked out an incredible deal for us, and stayed with us through the entire process. We’ll never consider using any other real estate agency!! 10/10 would recommend their services to anyone!
