My wife and I invest in RE and have grown to over 8 doors in under 3 years while physically moving in and renovating almost all of them ourselves. Ty and Brooke are fantastic! We worked with them through evaluation of bridge loans vs HELOC and they couldn't have been more helpful. They rolled up their sleeves, built spreadsheet examples to simplify our situation, would work nights and weekends to help support our schedules and their communication throughout was amazing. Their experience in the rental space (short and long term) made evaluation of rent vs sell much more informed so we could ultimately make the best decisions for ourselves. In the end they also had the best rates and were able to do what was best for our situation. Whether you need help getting your first home or 10th home we couldn't recommend this team more!

Ty is the best! We have worked with several lenders over the years as real estate investors and we have had the best experience by far with Ty. He is so knowledgeable and creative when it comes to the projects we are taking on. When things come up, since they always do in real estate, he is very professional and always manages to take care of things quickly and with ease. We are so happy we found him!

Ty was awesome. Within 24 hours of contacting him we had a pre-approval letter in hand, and on top of that he did some additional research into the rental property we were looking at to confirm our rents and value were accurate. He spoke with the seller's agent to assure them that we would be able to close the loan, and I feel that played a large part in them accepting our offer. Thank you, Ty, we look forward to working with you again whether it's to refinance or get an additional investment loan in the future. Ty and his team went above and beyond to make this a smooth transaction.

Ty was phenomenal throughout my first home buying experience. In a hectic housing market, he ran multiple scenarios for me on a multiple properties. He made sure that I understood every step of the process and how the rates and pricing worked so that there were no surprises when I signed. Every question I had (and there were many as a first time home buyer) was answered in a timely manner; it's clear that Ty knows his stuff. Ty explored every option to ensure that I got the best deal possible. I highly recommend working with him, whether it's you first home or your fifteenth.
