TrueNest provides wonderful support to both the tenant and landlord. They are respnsive, organized, patient, and thorough. Billing is fully transparent to both the tenant and landlord with easy access at any time (portal). They also have a mass of dependable vendors ready for repairs. Truly thankful for Truenest's entire team!

TrueNest took longer than the 15 days allotted in their agreement to process our application. In that time we lost the opportunity to apply for several other properties we were looking at, costing us greatly.
Their representative Cristine C wasn’t returning our calls or emails until after the 15 days had passed, which is already a very long time to process an application.
By the time they got back to us, they didn’t seem to have processed our application in a detailed manner and the property had already been rented by a different applicant. Additionally, Cristine refused to refund the excessively expensive $200 they charged us for the application alone.
EDIT: the owner of the company later called me to apologize and explain what happened. He offered to refund us the application fees. He was very polite and the reasons he explained made sense. I still wish they would’ve told us all of this in time, so we would’ve probably applied for other houses we liked, which are now gone.

I went on to Zillow to look up costs that companies charges. TrueNest doesn't have a lot of the fees that others charges. The president of the company came with Pedro to my condo to give us a quote. They have Three different options that you can fit into your budget .
They are not pushy at all. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

I love working with TrueNest, after my last tenant left my rental space a mess and I had to literally get the courts involved to removed them, I decided to go with a property manager this time around and let me tell you since I hired this company I NEVER had to worry about my property. They took care of everything, they find a nice tenant who so far I love, down to every repair that needed to be done find by the tenants without the tenants bothering us, they handled it all. No more stress about late payments, no more stress about messy and property damage and payments are always on time every month straight to my account. TrueNest made our lives way more easier and I love you guys, looking forward to having you guys manage more future properties for us.

We interviewed several property management companies before deciding who to go with. Meeting Diego made the decision incredibly easy - honesty, up front pricing, and a real sense of trustworthiness were the deal breakers for us. TrueNest checked every box. In an industry that is overrun with fast-talking and sketchy people looking to make a quick buck TrueNest stands above and beyond the rest. 10/10 would highly recommend.

I really just want to take this time out to compliment them on the process. It wasn't tedious it was very straightforward they told me what they needed, I provided it. The communication was great and most importantly they got me moved in timely to eliminate me having to second guess it, or start looking for another property. The inspection went well they had already inspected the property made notes of anything that needed repaired or were damaged prior so it was actually a easy process I would recommend them to anyone in the future that needs a rental property.

TrueNest property are the best so far my father moved in September of last year everything was BRAND NEW and I love the way the kitchen is that's why I sent a Lil picture of it. They are very dedicated to the agreement. My father only had two minor problems BUT when he brought it to TrueNest attention they handled it IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!! again they are the BEST I TRULY RECOMMEND THEM...🙌🏾🙌🏾
