I'm baffled at all of the 5 star reviews. Karla has been unprofessional and almost nonexistent in communication. I'm selling a property to a buyer who is using this lender. I've been in real estate for 18 years and done private lending myself. I've never had an experience as poorly as this one. I'd proceed with caution knowing that it'll be a frustrating process.
