My wife and I had been using our "local tax accountant" for 12 years and we knew we wanted to make a switch to a more real estate friendly accountant. We interviewed 5 different accountants that claimed they had expertise in real estate. We ended up going with Nate and are happy that we did. He is knowledgeable about real estate tax law, easy to communicate with, and has all the tools to help file your taxes with ease. We are very happy with Nate and feel confident you will be too.

Had a great experience working with Nate as my first accountant after using Turbotax. Having a rental property left me with a ton of questions which Nate and team expertly answered. The digital tools were top notch and allowed us to stay in communication throughout the process.
He also provided great resources to learn more about being a rental property owner and how to track expenses moving forward. Highly recommend for any first time or even experienced property owners looking for a reliable accountant.

I had the pleasure of working with Nate on my 2024 tax returns and strategy. He is extremely knowledgeable, responsive and always courteous when I had many questions about my return and how to maximize tax savings with different strategies related to real estate. Nate is absolutely wonderful. Very throughout and attentive to all of our questions and concerns. He uses very efficient programs so we can just do our taxes and business work all on online too. He’s always exceeding our expectations. Glad we found him.

I was in the market for a new CPA and screened a few different candidates before I pulled the trigger with Nate, and I’m glad i did. He truly understands real estate and will explain how he comes up with the numbers he is presenting. His portal also makes it easy to communicate and store all files.
