Nate is an amazing CPA and real estate tax professional. This was my first year switching over to Nate as my CPA and I would recommend him to others without hesitation. Nate saved me tens of thousands by discussing options, looking at my current real estate portfolio, and exploring strategies (REP status and Cost Seg) we implemented in order to help offset W2 wages. I was searching for a CPA who specializes in real estate, and Nate stood out due to his excellent reviews and reasonable pricing for newer investors like myself. This is my 2nd year working with Nate. He is a true real estate tax professional with excellent customer service skills. He takes the time to get to know your specific situation and works on a personal level. Specifically, he advised me to do a cost segregation study on one of my short-term rentals which helped optimize my tax savings. He referred me to a trusted partner of his to conduct the cost seg and I was very pleased with the results. He has your best interest in mind and will help you navigate complexed tax situations. Highly recommend working with Nate and his team!

Nate is personable and fantastic to work with. His team is great as well. The app/software interface is super intuitive making document upload and filing really easy. I also learned a lot from his library of videos that teach every aspect of business taxes, as well as how to keep records and time logs. My return was fully explained through a video as soon as it was filed, which was so helpful. Highly recommend working with Nate and his team.
