I’m a naturally skeptical guy when it comes to deciding where and when to invest my money. Before working with DFY, I spent days researching the company and its approach. Three years ago, I decided they had something truly special—and I made my first purchase through them.
Since then, I’ve been more than happy with Kevin and his team. What impressed me most is that you don’t need any prior experience or knowledge about real estate. DFY walks you through every step of the process. From the moment you make your first purchase, you’re paired with a dedicated coach who’s there to guide you and answer any questions for as long as you’re with DFY.
The entire team is not only highly knowledgeable but also genuinely treats you like family. I wholeheartedly recommend DFY to anyone looking to invest in real estate.

I would agree with other reviews here. I worked with them to buy my first rental as a newbie and they helped with everything. They take their cut from the top, but it still worked out for me. Word of advice - do your own numbers so that you can verify their return amounts, and ask questions about the formulas used. They were straight forward and honest about the whole process and they still help me with RE advice years later. Great team overall.

We’ve been wanting to invest in real estate but simply didn’t have the time to do all the research on different markets and properties. We were told about Done For You and decided to check them out. As their name implies they do everything for the buyer and make the process so smooth. Adam York is our representative and he explained different options for us and educated us on the process. We decided which markets we wanted to invest in and the team took care of everything. We just closed on two homes which will be used as mid term rental properties. We’re excited about the cash flow potential and will be looking at other properties in the future. Done For You is a great company to work with and I highly recommend them.

Amazing experience with Done for you. We were in the market for a rental property and we referred to done for you by our friends. We ended up purchasing a home in Florida start to finish was about six weeks. Everything was hasslefree Adam and the entire team took great care of us. We look forward to working with them again in the future!

I've now purchased two properties with Done For You Real Estate. They do the work and I get to do the fun part! They have saved me so much time while branching into real estate investing. I've enjoyed working with their team to find great properties in great markets. An additional perk of DFY is access to their coaches and financial planners; I've learned so much from them. Working with Done For You Real Estate has been really simple thus far. My wife and I have enjoyed the experience and how easy the DFY team has made everything for us.
