We had an amazing experience working with Jason Myatt at Blink Lending and Investments. As we navigated building our new home, Jason made what could have been an overwhelming process as a first-time home buyer feel smooth and stress-free from start to finish. He was always available when we needed him, was very attentive, and worked hard to get us the best deals possible. More than that, he truly cared. He took the time to explain everything, answer every question, and make sure we felt confident every step of the way. We genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better person to guide us through this process, and we’re so grateful to have had him in our corner. I can’t say enough about Jonathan Driver at Blink Lending as he was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish . He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and proactive in guiding me step by step of this process. His communication was always clear and timely and he certainly went above and beyond in making sure I understood everything.Thanks to his expertise and dedication my loan was approved .The entire journey was a success because of his professionalism but also such a down to earth person . I highly recommend Jonathan and Blink Lending and I can’t wait to work with him and the company again !!!! Kelsey was also such a pleasure to work with so thank you also Kelsey and Ty JD .

Ravi was exceptional—always quick to respond to any questions or concerns and incredibly supportive throughout the process. He made the home-buying journey feel simple and stress-free, which I really appreciated.
His organization and attention to detail ensured everything went smoothly from start to finish. I never felt overwhelmed at any point.

Great experience working with Blink Lending on an investment property. This was a very unique property impossible to find comps for so i had issues finding a lender who would lend to me and who could close fast. Luckily I was recommended to Blink who accepted the deal and was able to close fast. The closing process was great; I worked with Tammy and Kristy both were amazing and never made me uncomfortable asking any of my million questions and were patient with helping me with document questions or any delays on me end. The draw process was always fast and easy. Overall great experience; and highly recommended for any investor out there..
