Working with Ryan to purchase my duplex was one of the best decisions I could have made. He went above and beyond throughout the process creating detailed Excel spreadsheets to estimate returns, pulling rental comps, providing remodel estimates, and even sharing contact information for trusted contractors he personally uses. Ryan’s deep connections in the area and his responsiveness were nothing short of incredible. I honestly don’t know how he managed to get back to me so quickly, every time.
