Great source of capital for real estate projects, especially those that require a quick close and aren't a good fit for your standard conventional bank loans.
Easy to work with, straight forward underwriting process, and very organized system.
Would recommend to anyone looking to scale up their real estate investing business in the Pittsburgh area.

Jamie is one of the premier lenders in the Pittsburgh area. When searching for lenders, it is easy to compare terms and simply pick the best option. While Jamie is competitive here, what really takes his business to the next level is the service being provided. He understands the Pittsburgh market, how to underwrite deals and what rehab items are necessary to get a project to the finish line. This is crucially important for new investors who risk getting in over their heads. Draws are provided quickly, and he can be flexible on rehab scope. Jamie has even messaged me with potential deals. These luxuries are hard to find with national companies.
Jamie is a critical component of my real estate business and will continue to be moving forward.

Without question, this was one of the smoothest, fastest closes my partner and I have experienced in our years in REI. The funds offered to us are integral to building our business. And the cherry on top is how nice and genuinely good the people of Next Door Capital seem to be, I can’t recommend them enough, we’ll be back for future projects for sure!
