Irene was great! She was very understanding of the situation. She was very patient and explained every step of the process. She honestly went above and beyond to help. Her team did a good job of staging the house. She kept me updated on possible offers and any changes. She was amazing! Highly recommend using her if you're in Oceanside, CA.

I was doing a long distance relocation to North San Diego county and Irene was super helpful with finding a house. She knew the local area and the market very well and was able to direct me to neighborhoods that fit what I was looking for. And with the long distance part of the process, she was great. Always willing and able to go to any property and do a video walk through with me. When it was time to make an offer, she had the process down cold and had good advice on what to bid. And after closing, Irene was on top of the transaction, negotiating on repairs, making sure all the papers were signed, and just generally keeping everything on track. I'm extremely happy with Irene's assistance and would hire her again.
