I was a tenant of Alex's for over a year and let me tell you, he is the best! Despite being in a different time zone and state, Alex always was readily available, responsive, and came up with quick solutions when minor inconveniences occurred. His ability to be a great landlord reflects how he is as a lender. Alex is knowledgeable and I also watched him grow to be a successful lender and I cannot wait to be in a position to purchase a home because him and his team are the only ones I am going to trust. It does not matter where Alex is located, he makes himself available and works diligently until the result is achieved!
