Heather Parker was an excellent processor. Our loan was funded on time and WITHOUT STRESS! She kept us on track and ahead of schedule. Alex Reid ran through multiple loan options and we ended up getting a rate that was better than expected. 10/10 recommend.

Alex was a true professional from start to finish throughout our transaction. He doesn’t rely on confusing sales tactics or pressure, which we really appreciated after dealing with others in the space.
He was consistently pleasant to work with, kept us well-informed at every step, and did a great job anticipating what was coming next. His sense of urgency and level of care really stood out.
We’d absolutely work with him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and trustworthy loan officer.
