Freedom Capital has played a key role in helping us move forward with our real estate goals. I encouraged my husband to pursue investing, but we were often slowed down by relying on personal financing and avoiding lenders with high rates or poor terms.
Matthew not only got my husband approved but took the time to answer my tough questions. That meant a lot. Finding a fair and reliable hard money lender isn’t easy—but Freedom Capital proved to be the exception.

Freedom Capital Funding has without question exceeded my expectations. Matt in particular was an absolute pleasure to work with. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and responsive, and made my dream of buying my first investment property a reality. Key aspect of real estate acquisition is financing, and I consider Freedom Capital one of my core partners. I have worked with freedom cap on over couple dozen deals in last 12-15 months and they are my sole source for all refinancing needs. My experience with Matthew has been an utmost professional and his creativity with ever changing market conditions over last 12 months has been very instrumental in closing deals. Matthew will always present with variety of financing options to choose from with short term and Long term goals in mind. Highly recommend freedom capital, they are boutique firm and add personal touch with a very quick response time which is very needed in changing market conditions unlike big banks or other large firms.
