As a first time investor I feel incredibly lucky that Matt was recommended to me. He not only knows the market extremely well but he definitely had my best interest in mind, and helped me through the process from start to finish. Whether it’d be for an investment property or a personal property, I trust him 100% and will be using him again and again.

Matt is a PRO. There are many agents who go through the motions, look for a quick sale and want to "churn and burn" deals.
Matt is the opposite. He actually listens to your needs, helps you evaluate the condition and partners with you to get the deal done.
But, most importantly, he understands that each client has the final say; he's patient, knowledgeable and a clear communicator.
Whether you're experienced buyer or a first-timer, you can trust Matt to be your agent and lead with your best interests in mind.

Matt was our broker for recent home we bought. He went and looked at the house when I couldn’t and took a nicely narrated video that helped me make a decision on the house. He provided good insights on the local market and knew a rehab outfit that was able to provide prompt quotes on the work to be done.

Matt assisted me with my first out of state rental purchase. Process went smoothly. He did video walkthrough and structured the offer in a way that led to that offer being accepted. He has continued to be a vital member of my REI team . I look forward to working with him on future acquisitions.

Being a first-time investor, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Looking for a property and going through the process for the first time can be nerve wracking, but Matt knows the Pittsburgh market inside and out, and as an investor himself, he can quickly identify potential deals that will work for any strategy. He was super communicative, had an answer for every question I had along the way, and showed that he knows how to navigate any potential issues that may arise during the entire process.

I found Matt through Bigger Pockets in 2024 and have been on the ground several times with him looking at various properties, and eventually closing on a group of them. I am a property investor and also work full time in the mortgage industry. My experiences in both over the years have helped me recognize quickly which people in the industry are "players" and can get deals done, and which can't.
