Very impressed with Alexandra Goodman and the Torelli group! They are a first-class experience from beginning to end. Alexandra helped us negotiate a below asking price offer and still beat out multiple offers. She was on top of every detail throughout the transaction and tailored everything to fit my needs! From the offer strategy, to the contract specifics and even closing at a restaurant! This is how real estate should be done… Think more concierge service vs cookie-cutter transactions.

If you wanted me to write a book, then you asked about the right person, Jessica Harrison. My “old” home was 55 years old, used only by me. I hadn’t considered selling it until Jessica moved me right next door to my daughter, son in law and grandson and saved me thousands of dollars in a 2 month move in! She took a difficult process and made it simple. No question was too hard and Jessica’s patience was phenomenal. Jessica truly loves her vocation, it shows in her dedication and putting her clients first. Plus now, I have her as a great friend and neighbor.

We have purchased and sold many properties over the past 35 years.......Katie is THE BEST realtor we have ever had! She is extremely organized, understands all the nuances to selling and purchasing real estate, and goes above and beyond for truly full-service representation. We were frequently out of pocket as we needed to travel through much of our purchase negotiations. Katie made herself fully available when we could connect, kept us well informed with critical property research, and represented us throughout the inspection process. She is also a wealth of knowledge with sub-contractor referrals for every aspect of home inspection and maintenance. It was obvious throughout that her main objective was an outcome in our best interest and our complete satisfaction. And above all, she is a delight to work with!
