Vert Capital made the entire process super easy and stood behind their original term sheet. The amount of times other lenders change terms sheets after the appraisal is appalling but Vert never did. The communication was free flowing as well. In the end, as we try and scale our business we look for lenders who are easy to deal with, tell us what they’re thinking, and stand behind what they say.
