This was a phenomenal experience. We had a Home that was distressed. They took care of all of our worries and ensure that we got the most money for our property. They were completely transparent through the entire process and guided us through what we needed to do to accomplish our goals of moving the house. They are phenomenal to work with and deal with and I would recommend 10 out of 10 times.

I am very pleased with Buy Box and the whole process in selling my house. Micah, Kevin, Jake and Jonathan are very friendly, thoughtful and respectful through the whole process. Jonathan would always get back to me right away when I called about anything. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone and would use them again!

Micah and Jonathan were great to work with. It took me about a year to make up my mind, but Micah consistently checked in with me about once a month to see how I was feeling about the house and whether I was ready to sell. He was always patient, never pushy, and gave me the time I needed to make the right decision. When I was finally ready, the process went smoothly. I really appreciated their professionalism and support throughout the entire experience.

Working with BuyBox was a wonderful experience. Micah and Jonathan handled everything professionally and they did exactly what they said they were going to do. I wasn’t sure what to expect when I started this process but they walked me through it all and everything was completed in a very timely manner. Their offer was very fair and they stuck to their word from day 1 until closing. I would use them again if the situation arises and would recommend their services to anyone looking to sell their house quickly.

BuyBox, based on our experience, is an exceptional company with good, honest and highly knowledgeable people. It was a pleasure working with Dan H., Jake and Jonathan to evaluate the condition and value of our property, receive a fair offer and ultimately close the sale with incredible ease. Even after uncovering a previously unknown and costly issue, BuyBox stepped up to put some “skin in the game” to soften the impact to our deal. I had a really positive experience with BuyBox starting with my call with Dan. It was a hard season, but from the beginning, the process felt transparent and easy to understand, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. The team was professional, responsive, and helpful every step of the way. What could have been a stressful process felt surprisingly smooth. I truly appreciated how efficiently everything was handled and would absolutely recommend them to anyone considering selling.

Had a great experience. Of course your never going to get what you would like in a home sale but a fair offer was made and after the 2 week review period a final agreement was signed. 2 weeks later the house was sold. Mobile Notary was sent to where we were and signed the papers. Money was in the bank the following day. No closing cost, no hassles. Took house as is and relieved the pressures of a house sale off our back.
Micha and Jonathan were great to work with. Very responsive every time called.
If you want a quick, no hassle, no closing cost, as is, house sale, this is the first place you should reach out to.
Contacted others first with either no response or not interested responses.
Would have saved a lot of our time and travel expense trying to prep the house for sale if we would have called Micha in the first place.
