Every experience I've had with them has been awful, annoying, and outright disrespectful to me. They harass more than any company ever should. 1* is a kind review, it's about 1* too high.
EDIT: the owner found me on Facebook and began harassing me in my personal messages.

Terry and his team are exceptional. Everyone I encountered were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions before I had to ask. Always available and closed my loan in just a few weeks. I will only use Terry and his team for any of my future mortgage needs. Seamless process and couldn’t be happier.

Terry Fann was an excellent loan officer! He was super professional and very knowledgeable. He worked hard to get us the best deal possible while being fully transparent and honest. We also appreciated his urgency and effective communication. There was no excessive back and forth phone calls and emails, it was always straight to the point which makes the home buying process so much easier with everything else going on. It was a great experience! We could not recommend him enough!

I’ve known Terry for several years, both personally and professionally. We have worked together on at least 4 separate transactions and each time the process was even smoother and faster. Terry is highly skilled at his profession and will work to make everything easy. He will make sure one understands all of the options and will get the best rates available for his clients.
