Terry and his team are exceptional. Everyone I encountered were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions before I had to ask. Always available and closed my loan in just a few weeks. I will only use Terry and his team for any of my future mortgage needs. Seamless process and couldn’t be happier.

I’ve worked with Terry on quite a few loans… both for myself and my clients. He and his team have always done an amazing job finding great loans, even when the client’s circumstances created a challenge that other lenders shied away from. I have and will continue to recommend him to anyone I know as THE go to guy for any lending needs.

I highly recommend Terry Fann and his group for financing or refinancing a home mortgage without any hesitation. I have known Terry since 2011, when he helped with a refinancing project. Since then my family and the family of one of my close relatives have gone to Terry every time we had a need in this area, and we have been pleased with the service that they provide every single time. It's not that we did not shop around. We did look into other companies last time we wanted to refinance a loan, but somehow Terry manages to offer a competitive rate every time. In addition, he is kind and genuinely wants to help his customers. He responds to inquiries in a timely manner and patiently provides detailed explanation of the process to his customers. If you are considering a home mortgage, give Terry Fann a chance to work with you; You will not be disappointed!

Terry Fann was an excellent loan officer! He was super professional and very knowledgeable. He worked hard to get us the best deal possible while being fully transparent and honest. We also appreciated his urgency and effective communication. There was no excessive back and forth phone calls and emails, it was always straight to the point which makes the home buying process so much easier with everything else going on. It was a great experience! We could not recommend him enough!

We have used Terry for both the purchase and refinance of our home. I can't recommend him enough. He goes above and beyond what would normally be expected. I emailed and called with lots of questions for him. He was always quick to respond (both in the evenings and on the weekends). He made both the purchase and refinancing of our home easy. He got us a great interest rate both times. I would use him again and would recommend him to all family and friends.
