Vacation Rentals of Florida started in 2016 as a Short Term Rental Property Management company with a specialty in full service investor friendly Short Term Rental Management.  In our 9th year we are managing 65 units with over 200 successfully managed in total all over Florida and beyond.  In 2022 we expanded our services to include buyers agent specialization in the Short Term Rental Space - a much needed service to navigate the complexities of the Tampa Bay STR Real Estate Market.
