Collaborate realty has been great so far, fast response and return your calls and maintenance promptly. Maintenance Nathan is very nice and helped a lot ,thanks !✨

Being a new tenant at this location I 'very been extremely frustrated with how difficult it was to contact the Property Management until I met Nathan I truly thank God for a concern, very helpful , an amazing Management and he knows his job and he willing and ready to get it done again I thank God for sending a Management that cares ❤️

Nathan came out and helped us with all of our move in work orders. Extremely thorough and knows what he’s doing. Very kind and helpful with everything overall. Couldn’t be any happier and definitely recommend! 5 star service!

As a current tenant, I HIGHLY recommend that you DO NOT rent/lease a property with this management company. We attempted to call them for two weeks prior to move in with zero response. The day before Brooke finally called back to allow us to turn on utilities on Friday. When we arrived, the house hadn't been touched to prepare it for move in and Brooke would not answer or return our calls. The yard is a disaster, trash everywhere, moldy bathrooms, broken cabinet doors, filthy interior, electrical hazards, rotted deck, broken fans, no lightbulbs, stove burners out, and I could go on and on. Literally zero effort to provide a clean house in good working order that merits the $2800/month rent in a nice neighborhood across from Rhodes. Landlord and management taking advantage of college students. If you care about your TENANT EXPERIENCE, do NOT rent from Collaborate RE Group. There is nothing collaborative about this group. Pictures below as proof of "Move In Condition." And the worst part, didn't even apologize or communicate knowing full well that this house wasn't prepared for move in. Just went silent. Good luck if you lease with them.

I always have a great experience working with Collaborate Real Estate Group! They are always professional and on top of working out any issues. A special shoutout to Jenna, who is absolutely wonderful to work with-responsive, helpful, and genuinely a pleasure throughout every process.

Collaborate Real Estate Group Memphis Is comprised of real estate professionals that actually have experience in the industry. Many of them have been in the space for decades. They understand the problems and work hard to offer solutions. There is a concerted effort to add value to whatever your real estate/property ownership looks like

We looked at quite a few houses before renting through Collaborate, and theirs was definitely the best one we found. Brooke was awesome to work with and always kept us in the loop. After we moved in, I had a couple of questions and Jenna was super helpful and gave me some great suggestions. Everyone has been easy to work with, and it’s been a really good experience so far.

I reached out with questions about whether it made more sense to rent out my property or sell it, and Diane took the time to walk me through everything. Since this would be my first rental property and my first time working with a management company, I really appreciated her patience and willingness to answer all of my questions. I contacted another company at the same time and never even received a response, so the difference in communication really stood out. Very helpful experience.

Great experience from the beginning! Matt, Brooke, and Jenna have been taking care of me from the first phone call. They were able to get my property occupied immediately! As an owner, it's a relief to have property management that prioritize your needs.

I have enjoyed my stay at 2570 Plum Creek Dr, Cordova tn 38016. It's a beautiful home with a perfect design. It has all the amenities which I was looking for. All the people I have spoken to are nice, kind, and helpful. Collaborate Real Estate Group great job.
