Kristen is a consummate professional. This was my first DSCR loan, and she made the application process easy and answered all my questions promptly, often via both text message and email; I felt informed and confident throughout the process. She stayed on top of things so that the loan closed in time. There was one small glitch and she handled it quickly and professionally. I highly recommend Kristen for DSCR loans and whatever mortgage products she offers.

Best loan officer I have ever worked with, hands down. She responded promptly to all my questions, was extremely helpful and had so much patience whenever we were checking in on the loan status or looking for updates. Past house closings with other companies have been 100% stressful. Kristen made is so easy, I can't wait to do it again!

Kristen’s insight into loans and purchasing a home was invaluable in my decision making process. She goes above and beyond to provide options that I feel other officers wouldn’t because they aren’t easy, and was extremely upfront and honest the whole time. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do a loan with!

Kristen is someone who'd I look forward to planning projects and financing with, she is not someone who'll just check boxes- she invents new ones.
She is a pleasure to work with and understands that not every situation fits into the "standard" financing playbook. She's creative and I wish others in the business world were more flexible like herself.
