Im just here to say I didnt work with Chris personally per real estate wise. Chris helped me in another situation, in which honestly he didnt have to at all. For the simple fact he still reached out to help me speaks on his character as a person and I wanted to make a review to show my appreciation. Not too many honest ppl now a days but I do know if you work with Chris you will be working someone who will make sure he can help in every which way.

Chris did an excellent job helping us to navigate our home sale. He gave valuable advice on what updates to make and was able to help coordinate contractors. We are very pleased with the outcome of a quick cash sale at a competitive price. Chris made a stressful time so much easier. Highly recommend!

Where do I start? Before Chris was a Realtor and Property manager, he fixed up homes and helped mentor and grow his employees. One of which was my brother.
In 2015 I started officially renting my house out and Chris came in and began managing the property. There is not a better person for the job. He is ethically and morally true which is absolutely critical when you are half way around the world with a rental house. If something would break at the house he could find reasonable replacements and find people to do the work without breaking the bank. Chris and his team will be there as an advocate for you so you can peacefully rent your property out. I never thought id be a little sad to see this relationship come to an end.

Absolutely fantastic! Chris and Jen are a great team and so helpful with everything from communications to repairs. The rental was well-upkept and my application process was simple and clear. I cannot recommend this team enough! I will be keeping them in mind for future home purchases and rental opportunities.

Chris was wonderful to work with! He was on top of every detail and was very easy to communicate with. Chris was on point in reading the market, pricing our house for a timely sale, negotiating with potential buyers and their agents, and assisting with contractors and repairs. He got us more for our house than we dared imagine! Chris loves what he does, and it shows in his knowledge and enthusiasm.

Chris was an amazing agent. He advised and helped us prepare our home for listing. Once we listed, we immediately had 7 offers and sold the home in one week to an offer significantly above our asking price. He goes above and beyond for his clients. We could not have asked for a better agent for our particular needs.
