Jerry did an amazing job selling our house, and we are so happy we hired him. He brought in his professional photographer and helped us stage the house so it would look great in the photos and walk throughs. His marketing of our property was outstanding, as we had a showing every day it was on the market! We received an offer after just 12 days on the market. Jerry ensured the inspection and close process was seamless. He was always available to handle our calls and questions. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend Jerry and Property Pioneers!

So many words can be said about Jerry. A few words are the best description of him, professional caring and awesome realtor.

It’s almost hard to describe what an incredible experience we had purchasing a house from Jerry. It felt like we had a real partner who was genuinely interested in our needs and working with us to find a perfect home. There was an instant connection and it felt and feels like we have been friends for a long time.

Gerry was a great resource and awesome help in the home buying process. He was super thorough and available for us with our odd schedule! Not only did he have a great platform for us to look at homes on, but he also would be looking for us when something new was listed! He is kind and generous and has a plethora of information to help in the home buying process! I can’t recommend him enough!

Jerry was available around the clock 7 days a week which was necessary for my schedule. With a baby on the way we were crunched for time and thanks to Jerry and his team he found us the perfect home for our little family and got it done quickly! He also gave me guidance and advice on the best way to rent out my current home!
