The rate she locked in was unbelievably low, especially considering I had filed bankruptcy within the last 2.5 years. Nicole and her team are incredible! I am so glad we decided to go with Lucrative Home Loans for the purchase of our house. As first time homebuyers we had no idea what to expect. Nicole was so patient and thorough when walking us through each step of the process. She went over all of our documents in great detail prior to any signing or finalizing. We got frequent updates and check ins during the process. She was always available to answer any questions we had and made us feel comfortable. Nicole got us to the closing table in under 3 weeks and made it seamless. Our realtor commented several times how efficient and thorough she was as well. We will never use another mortgage broker in future purchases, we are clients for life!
