We financed out of our first new build duplex. It was a roller coaster. 5 months later, we finally closed and called it a win! Raymond is very patient with persnickety clients. We will return!

The folks at Helm Mortgage and Raymond Jr was a pleasure to work with. The whole process was seamless and everything was executed timely. In fact, I got the clear to close almost an entire week earlier than expected. Raymond did everything that he said he would do and Randi the loan processor was on top of everything regarding the paperwork. I highly recommend them for your mortgage needs.

My experience with Helm Mortgage was nothing short of fantastic, from preapproval to closing. They are able to offer great terms through their network of lenders, and their customer service is exceptional. I had the pleasure of working with Ray Jr., who is personable, knowledgeable, and extremely diligent. We had some challenges and roadblocks along the way, and Ray was instrumental in keeping us on track to close. I don’t know if we would have made it to closing without him! I would highly recommend Helm Mortgage to anyone looking for a mortgage.

Thanks to Helm Mortgage Corp. I was able to buy the house that I really wanted. Didn’t have to settle. Ray walked me thru the process side by side with the best realtor Chere. He told me what needed to happen. I executed and 30 days to the date I was a homeowner. I don’t know who else to recommend besides the dream team.
