If you were looking for a realtor who truly cares, Wendy Stapleton is your person! Wendy went above and beyond to help me through the purchase of my secondary home in a different state. She was always available to answer any of my questions (which I had plenty), keep me informed of everything and walk me through the process from contract signing to settlement. Her knowledge, professionalism, and positive attitude gave me complete confidence throughout this entire process. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home.

Nathaniel Court is a great neighborhood with friendly people. I very much enjoyed staying for the 10 months that was needed before I could find a forever home. Wendy was fantastic to work with and accommodating if needed. I would definitely recommend any property that Wendy is managing to family and friends. Thank you, Wendy.

I had the best experience selling my house with Wendy. She did her research and gave me excellent insight into pricing and then went above and beyond in helping me evaluate and negotiate the offer, all of which helped me get it sold quickly. I appreciate how she handled all of the behind the scenes coordination seamlessly. I didn’t have to worry about a thing. This was the most low stress real estate transaction ever. Thank you, Wendy!

Wendy was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process of buying my first home. As a first-time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions and wasn’t always sure what to expect, but she took the time to walk me through every step and made everything easy to understand.
She was always responsive, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right home. No matter what came up, Wendy was there to help and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and enjoyable.
