As both an investor and a Realtor in Central Ohio, I’m passionate about helping people discover investment opportunities that align with their unique goals. As a CPA with a master’s in Accounting, I thrive on analyzing numbers to identify properties with strong potential and ensure my clients understand the tax advantages that come with real estate, helping them build lasting wealth. My journey in real estate began in San Diego, CA, but I relocated to Columbus, OH, after recognizing the incredible opportunities in this dynamic, fast-growing market. Since then, I’ve built my own portfolio of duplexes, managed extensive renovations to boost property value, and gained hands-on experience with managing long-term and mid-term rentals. Along the way, I’ve developed a trusted network of contractors, lenders, and industry professionals—resources I’m always happy to share with my clients. Working with Claudia has genuinely been one of the best real estate experiences I’ve had. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but what really stands out is how much she actually cares. She listens, pays attention to the little things, and makes you feel supported the whole way through.
Claudia has this calm, reassuring energy that makes even the stressful parts feel manageable. She’s honest, proactive, and truly wants the best for the people she works with. You never feel like just another client with her—she treats you like someone who matters.

I found Claudia through BiggerPockets and so very glad I reached out to her. Prior to meeting her, I had met with 3 other agents and she was absolutely stand-out from the rest. She listens, patient, and emphatic. It was plainly obvious to me that she absolutely cared about my goals as an out of state (first-time) investor. I cannot recommend her enough and look forward to her growth as I will absolutely reach back out to her for future needs.

Claudia found my husband & I our dream home and also negotiated for extra items to stay with the property for us like the piano, pool table, brand new furniture, etc. She also got the seller to cover part of the closing costs for us. She really cares about her clients and is always there to answer any questions and provide guidance! She does everything she can for her clients and goes above and beyond. She has an amazing heart and wants the best for her clients. She’s also very honest which is so important for a real estate agent, you want someone to tell you the honest truth on what they think about a property. Overall I highly recommend Claudia because she is very hard working, honest, intelligent, kind and good with numbers.

Working with Claudia was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. She brought energy, expertise, and genuine care to every step of the home-buying journey.
This is my second property and working with Claudia was a game changer! She was confident and calm. She’s a negotiation BOSS and helped me coordinate inspections, and answered all my questions at all hours and made this process way less stressful. She went above and beyond every single time. Her knowledge of the market, her attention to detail, and her dedication gave me complete peace of mind through what could’ve been a stressful process.
I ended up finding the perfect house and I owe so much of that to Claudia’s guidance and support. I can’t recommend her highly enough!!

Claudia provide an exceptional experience from start to finish when purchasing my property. She made sure I got the best deal possible. Even with this property being in a distressed condition and having a difficult closing she remained professional and in contact with me daily. Her professionalism and knowledge made a property that others would have overlooked due to conditions, favorable for me, because of her willingness to get the best deal possible I was able to purchase the home below market value and save money. I was able to use that saved money towards renovations and make the property look the way I wanted, as well as increase its value. I highly recommend Claudia to anyone looking for a dedicated, knowledgeable, and reliable real estate agent!
