I had a VERY positive experience with our loan officer Denise. She was so kind, fast, and on top of things. She is very smart, communicates well, and went above and beyond. The ONLY reason I am leaving only 4 stars and not 5 is because underwriting was a bit difficult. I understand they have guidelines they need to follow, but we were going to Griffin as an alternative lender, and I felt in many ways they were more strict with their document requests than a traditional lender. That being said, my overall experience was very positive, and Denise was amazing !

Griffin Funding is truly a game changer. From my first conversation all the way through closing, the entire team was consistently supportive, responsive, and only a phone call or email away. Every question I had, big or small, was answered quickly and clearly, which made the whole process feel smooth and stress free. The final outcome exceeded my expectations, and I’m extremely pleased with the funding level they were able to secure for me. Their professionalism, transparency, and commitment to keeping me informed at every step really set them apart. Ryne, Adriana, and Deanna—You were outstanding! Nina Francini was my loan processor on two of my refinances. She responds almost instantly and she got the job done quickly. Would highly recommend her to anyone looking at refinancing. Guy Troxler Also was quick to adjusting the mortgage rates and amount based on the changing appraisal value. Would highly recommend both.

I refinanced two of my investment property loans with Griffin Funding and had an excellent experience. The team was professional, efficient, and consistently courteous throughout the process. The refinancing was completed quickly, and communication was clear at every stage. I particularly enjoyed working with Charlie, Jennifer, Liz, and Kari, who were knowledgeable, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. I was referred to Raul Millan at Griffin Funding and I'm grateful I called. The experience working with this team from beginning to end was Excellent. The process was explained clearly and direct. Each step I was handled professionally and with care. Kayla and her colleagues handled the final steps to my closing like Champs. I was very pleased. Outstanding service provided by Griffin Funding. This is my second loan with them, and as always, they are very professional and very efficient. We closed in less than 30 days. My loan officer, Justin Guthrie, made the entire process very smooth. Always responsive to my questions and finding out the best alternative for higher proceeds and better interest rate for my mortgage. I highly recommended Griffin Funding and the entire team.

Never have I had an easier, more seamless mortgage experience—and I’ve had quite a few. Griffin was by far the easiest, fastest, and most transparent. Jack Iwamoto and Adriana Perez were fantastic—instant replies, clear communication, and genuine professionalism that made me comfortable throughout the process.
It was actually a complicated situation, yet they made it feel effortless. The attitude clearly comes from the top—CEO Bill Lyons runs a 100% customer-centric company with top-tier people.
One pleasant surprise: the final fees were less than originally projected—a perfect finishing touch to an already stellar experience. I only write reviews when service is truly exceptional, and this one was.
