Tiffany and Brian specialize in 1031 Exchanges, co-living, and everything creative. We are investors / agents who have been licensed agents since 2012 selling over 1,000 homes in Colorado over the past 10 years. We also are part of the "SUB TO" community and are well educated on Subto, Wraps, Co-Living, Sober living, lease options and all of the creative ways of buying / selling real estate. We have helped hundreds of investors purchase their first rental properties and teach people about the 5 benefits of owning real estate. We currently invest and own properties in Colorado that we have purchased traditionally and creatively over the past 10 years. We are an open book. We've worked with several realtors over the years, and Brian Canady stands out as the best by far. He has an investor’s mindset and the ability to see what really matters in a property. His relationships in the community saved us both time and money, and his advice during negotiations was invaluable.
Searching from out of town can be challenging, but Brian went above and beyond filming walkthroughs, being flexible on scheduling, and meeting multiple contractors on our behalf. He's an honest guy who will give you straight, smart advice. The fact he and his team are enjoyable to work with is icing on the cake. Anyone would be lucky to have Brian on their team.
