Ethan was incredibly helpful to me and my roommate when we were trying to find a tenant to take over our lease. He was generous in offering his time to give advice, verify the advertisement of our property, and extend kind and hopeful words during a stressful time. I will likely work with him in the future when it comes to my real estate needs!

Ethan is great he is down to earth yet completely professional and listens and executes everything in a timely manner. I had an empty apartment for 2 months listed with another agent and once I spoke to Ethan he was so eager to help and once he had the listing within 2 days he rented it and took care of everything for me. I am so grateful for him and appreciate his hard work and dedication.
