Certified Public Accountant and Actuary with over 10 years in bookkeeping / accounting / tax preparation / consulting services for real estate portfolios across the United States. I myself have been a real estate investor since 2011, and manage a portfolio in Minnesota with a mix of long, mid, and short-term rentals, as well as a mixed commercial/residential portfolio in Canada. From these experiences I have gained extensive knowledge of the specific situations impacting real estate investors.

All services are charged at an rate of $150/hr, with no minimum hours or base fee charged. I am also happy to provide an upfront estimate of the total cost of service.
