About us
20+ Years Experience | Author | Multi Family Operator | Investor Friendly Real Estate Broker! I have been a life long entrepreneur launching my first business in middle school at 13 years of age! It was a neighborhood bicycle repair shop. The second business I launched was a landscape company selling pine trees to neighbors that lived in my community. What’s awesome is that 40+ years later some of those pine trees are still standing. I went on to launch several more businesses until I found my passion in the world of real estate. Since entering into the industry I have served as a real estate investor, broker, coach, and author with over two decades of experience and more than $50 million in sales across real estate brokerage, investments, and property management. I have experience with single-family homes, vacant land, and multi-family apartment buildings. As the author of Real DEAL Estate: No Sh*t Success Tips for Real Estate Agents* (published in 2023), I try and offer guidance to new or struggling real estate agents. I am also the founder and managing partner of Southern Mountain Capital, LLC, a private real estate investment firm dedicated to helping clients build generational wealth. Additionally, I am the Broker/Owner of Thomas Lynne Realty Group and Thomas Lynne Property Management and always ready to help when needed!!!

Pat Hancock is an excellent Real Estate Broker! It's impressive how versatile he is. He handles high end luxury home sales, historic home sales, investment property sales and everything in between. Whether working with a buyer or a seller no matter the scenario or price point, Pat is professional, respectful, firm in negotiations but still works to make the deal happen.
