We went to Pacific to get a loan. After several denials with other companies, Pacific was able to get the deal completed. The house was a challenging property to begin with. Darell was very patient with us and was available daily for our questions. We will definitely continue to use them and give referrals in the Tacoma, Puyallup, private / hard money options.

Darrell Enguillo, my representative, was incredibly responsive, always ready to help, and consistently found solutions to any roadblocks that came up. He was truly an advocate throughout the entire process.
